The identity of the program<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The academic program of the NPGA directed to:<\/p>\n

  1. to understand the field of organizations, from public policy and management.<\/li>\n
  2. to train teachers, researchers, decision-makers and practitioners to assess;<\/li>\n
  3. value of diversity in the views of the organization, policies, and practices of the management.<\/li>\n
  4. to build skills that are of relevance to the academic and social development, for the transformation of the company;<\/li>\n
  5. to stimulate the reflection on the thoughts and actions taking into account the complexity of the organizations, public policy, management, and his connection with the company; and<\/li>\n
  6. fostering connections inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong>In recognition of the program's<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    The NPGA is recognized as the hub of training excellence with a national reputation, the trainee students from all over the country. The core of the highlights, especially on the regional level. The highlight of the region NPGA is due to its pioneering role and the quality of the training, the trainee-teachers, researchers, and managers who work in different cities and universities of the interior of the north-east region of Brazil, will have a direct impact on the education and research in Management. In the core, develop joint teaching, research and extension, with a number of institutions internationally.
