Abstract: Our research is aimed at conceptualising how arts and cultural entrepreneurship is an aesthetic practice. The method consists in an aesthetic ethnography in music-driven entrepreneurial practices in Brazil. Our findings point to cultural entrepreneurship a sensual mode of practicing innovation aesthetically through four aspects: (a) receiving seductive sensuality from the audience, (b) creating fresh sensations, (c) engaging the audience in fresh sensations, (d) taking risk in provoking fresh sensations. This sensual mode involves a seductive process of practicing innovation aesthetically, composed of aesthetic stages: (a) embedding; (b) realizing, (c) creating (selecting, translating, combining, transforming); (d) diffusion, (e) evaluating (sharing, diffusion, consuming, criticizing); (f) channelling: (reinforcing or renewing or innovating), (g) overflowing; (h) spillovers. Theoretically, we suggest the cultural and aesthetic entrepreneuring to illuminate the theories in entrepreneurship.
