Promote discussion about the multi-dimensionality of the culture and the processes of the organization and the maintenance of the area is essential to the development of the necessary conditions to make it possible to guarantee cultural rights, and the protection and dissemination of cultural diversity.

Post-doctoral fellow at the centre for Communication and the Economy (OBSCOM/SUBJECT), and at the Core of the Post-Graduate diploma in business Administration (NPGA/EAUFBA). A phd in Culture and Society (a Post-Literacy/UFBA), and a PhD in Media and Communication Studies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. Graduate diploma in Production, Communication, and Culture (Facom/UFBA).

Research and publish it on the economy, the culture, the creative economy, cultural policy, cultural management, and statistical indicators of the cultural, audio-visual and intangible cultural heritage.

She coordinates the research group on european monitoring centre for the Creative industries of Brazil (OBEC BA). She is a lecturer in the Heart of the Culture, the Languages and Technologies that are used (Cecult/UFRB), and assistant professor in the Core of the Post-graduate diploma in business Administration (NPGA/EAUFBA). He has experience in public administration, culture, and communication, in the brazilian state of Bahia. He is a member of the city Council of the Cultural Policy of the Saviour, and of the management Council for the protection of Capoeira in Bahia, brazil.
