Mauro de Oliveira Magalhães

Priorizo research that set out to bridge the gap between science and the practice of the profession, to make progress on solving the problems that are emerging in today's life.

Post-doctoral fellow in psychology at the University of Barcelona and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. A doctoral degree and a master's degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). A degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

Research and publish in the development of the career, the relationship between personality and job evaluation, work environments, psychological assessment, and the processes of leadership.

Experience as an executive vice-president of the Association of career Guidance (ABOP, 1995-97, and 2005 and 2007), as the editor of the Magazine, Aletheia (2002-2008), and the Journal of Psychology Organizations, and Work (2011 – 2013). Experience as a visiting professor at Southern Illinois University (USA), (2018, brazil's EVP and Senior – london-england).
