I like to understand the psychology and human behaviour in the workplace. Through the combination of research and practice, the management of the people and the issues that are related to your work are the universe, fascinating, and challenging, both within and outside of the context of the organization.

Phd (2013), and a Master's degree (2009) in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. A degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publish about, organizational behavior, human resources management, labor relations, teaching, learning, Administration, and research methods.

The deputy head of the department for the Administration of the EAUfba (2020-2022). Experience as a manager and consultant in the internal and the external in the management of people in a variety of settings for over 20 years. A member of the editorial board of the Journal Psychology in Organizations and the Workplace. A member of the scientific advisory committee of the division in the GPR da AnPAD (2021-2023).
