The challenges that arise in the context of the management, whether in the private, public and social life, and require a knowledge of finance. These are the skills that allow for success in the exercise of their professional activities, and to participate in the development of the society.

A doctoral degree and a Master's degree in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publish on the corruption of theccountability and the public administration.

She is a researcher in the center for Study of Management and Organizations and the Public (NEGOP), and the centre for Public Finance (OFIP). Experience as a professor at the Faculdade Anísio Teixeira (FAT), and as a reviewer for journals such as the Journal of the Science of Management, the Journal of the Brazilian government and Organizations, & Society (O&S).
