In the research, teaching and extension, it's important to rely on methodologies for rigorous, to be able to speak and respond to a variety of social problems in the area of Public Policy and Public Administration.

A post-Doctoral degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at austin, Austin, United States of america. A phd in Political Science from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Master's degree in Urban Development from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. Undergraduate degree in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, brazil.

Research and publish in the area of Public Administration with a focus on topics related to the analysis of the institutional and comparative studies, and management in the metropolitan capital, citizens, local authorities, and the department.

Researcher of the center for Post-graduate diploma in business Administration – NPGA/EAUFBA. Experience as a member of the College of International Public Policy Association (2017-2021). Experience as a member of the Scientific Committee of the ANPAD, division of Public Administration (2018-2020). Experience as a director of the event (2018-2020), and the Scientific Director (2013-2016) of the Brazilian Society for Public Administration (SBAP).
