Doctorate in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. Master's degree in business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Undergraduate degree in economics from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Research and publish on personnel management, public administration and educational management.

She is a researcher in the center for a Post-graduate degree in business Administration, NPGA/EAUFBA. The experience of the co-ordination of the master's degree courses in the NPGA/EAUFBA (2015-2018).
