The commitment and fairness are central to the research and practice of personnel management. My research and teaching are seeking to contribute in this regard.

Doctorate in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. Master's degree in business Administration from the Federal University of Alagoas state, in Brazil. Undergraduate degree in business Administration from the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil.

Research and publish it on the commitment and entrenchment of organizational commitment and entrenchment of the career, training, development and education (ST&E) and perceptions of organizational justice.

She is a researcher in the center for a Post-graduate degree in business Administration, EAUFBA. Experience as a reviewer of the journals with the Journal's Organizations & Society, a Journal of the Administration and the Contemporary, the Journal of Interdisciplinary Social Management, Journal of Management and Society, a Journal of Economics and Management, Journal of Management and Planning and the Journal of Psychology Organizations, and the Workplace.
