I'm interested in the issues related to the teaching and Administration, as well as the evaluation of educational programs, projects, and institutions.

Post-Doctoral fellow at the University of Minnesota, in the United States of america. Doctorate in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. Master's degree in Strategic Management at Universidade Salvador UNIFACS, Brazil. Majoring in Business Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas-FGV-EAESP, Brazil. Undergraduate degree in business Administration from the College, Ruy Barbosa, Brazil.

Research and publish on the assessment, the management of the institutions of higher education and master's degree courses and of teaching and research in business Administration.

Experience as a coordinator (2015-2017) and as the vice-chair (2017-2019) in the Core of the Post-Graduate diploma in business Administration – NPGA/EAUFBA. Experience in a leadership role with the theme of “Planning and Organization of training Courses and Programs”, in the context of the division of Education and Research (EPQ) of ANPAD (2018).
