I'm interested in relationships, in work, and the precarious nature of the labour relations in the field of personnel management; the strategic management of organizations, public or private management of public security, and the management of the university. I believe that you can contribute to the management from a different perspective.

Doctorate in business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. Master's degree in Strategic Management from the University of Salvador, Brazil. An expert in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas-FGV-EAESP, Brazil. Undergraduate degree in business Administration from the College, Ruy Barbosa, Brazil.

Research and publish it on the working conditions, the precarious nature of the labour, safety, public policy and education at a distance.

Experience as a coordinator of the Undergraduate program in business Administration at the UNIME and UNEB; as, the manager of the Academic Unit of Distance Education in UNEB; as, the manager of the Nucleus of an Extension in the EAUFBA, and as the editor of the Journal of Trainers (2012 to 2020).
